Wheat Flour (Wheat flour, Fortified with Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Sugar, Margarine (Vegetable oils (RSPO sourced rapeseed and palm in various proportions), water, Salt, Emulsifier, E475, Colours, E100, E160b flavourings.

Ground Ginger (1%), partially inverted Syrup, Bicarbonate soda.  

White Icing Pen Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Potato Starch, Palm Oil, Rice Starch, Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Flavouring.
