Real Living Wage

Treat Kitchen are proud to be a Real Living Wage employer. We joined the scheme to ensure that our team members earn a wage that meets the costs of living, not just the government minimum. 

Thrive at Work Accreditation

Thrive at Work is an accreditation programme that supports employee health and wellbeing. We have recently passed the foundation level and are working towards bronze accreditation.

Disability Confident

Treat Kitchen is registered as a Disability Confident Employer. Disability Confident is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.

We have made a commitment to become a more responsible and sustainable company here’s some of the actions we taken so far…

• We ofset the carbon footprint of every Treat Kitchen team member covering both their lives at home and at work

• We have a recycle bin in store for any plastics that are not yet taken by your local authority like our pouches

• The majority of our packaging can either be recycled or upcycled. Visit our social media to get ideas on what to do with your bottles, jars and pouches

• For 2022, we are making even more progress with recyclable seals, reducing the amount of components we use, and introducing recyclable labels

• We have a cardboard baler which collects waste cardboard from production facility, as well as cardboard from other companies on our industrial estate cutting down the number of lorries visiting the site
