Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are collated at 7:30am and will be shipped where possible on the same working day. 

Due to large numbers of orders over the weekend or at seasonal times, orders may take 48 hours to despatch at the start of the week. Please email store@treatkitchen.co.uk if you need urgent delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. 

 

Shipping Charges (UK Mainland only)

Standard shipping is priced at £2.95 with free delivery for orders over £35

All parcels are sent out on a Tracked-48 Service and you'll receive your tracking number on the day of dispatch.

Priority shipping is available upon request.

Carriers

We use Royal Mail, Amazon, UK Mail, Evri (Hermes) and DHL to deliver our orders.

Out of Stock 

If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund or a suggested alternative.
