We love seeing what our customers create with Treat Kitchen kits - but QuornStone seriously raised the bar.

In the run‑up to Christmas, their team turned our gingerbread kits into a full-on festive competition, and the results were some of the most impressive gingerbread designs we’ve ever seen. Honestly… we were blown away.

This wasn’t just a bit of festive fun (although there was plenty of that). It turned into a really lovely team activity, giving everyone an excuse to get creative, have a laugh, and do something a bit different together.

It felt less like a formal work task and more like a proper festive moment — the kind that gets people chatting, joking, and showing off their competitive side.

A Gingerbread Competition Packed with Creativity

QuornStone challenged their teams to decorate gingerbread houses using our kits — and they did not hold back. From intricate icing work to clever themes and unexpected design twists, the creativity was next level.

It was all taken very seriously too… two teams were even disqualified for breaking the rules 👀 (we love a competitive workplace energy).

More importantly, the activity helped bring teams together — especially newer staff who got to bond through something fun, light‑hearted, and genuinely memorable.

What’s Next? Easter Gingerbread & Upcycling Challenges 🐣

After such a successful Christmas activity, QuornStone is already thinking ahead — and honestly, we love customers who plan like that.

We’re currently working on a new Easter gingerbread kit, perfect for another seasonal team challenge. We’ve also suggested one of our other favourite corporate activities: the Treat Kitchen Upcycling Challenge.

Some of our corporate partners give team members one of our glass message bottles or jars and set them the task of creating the best upcycled design. It’s creative, collaborative, sustainability‑minded, and a great way to get people thinking outside the box.
