1.Spooky Marshmallow Ghosts
These look way more complicated than they actually are! You’ll need:
Marshmallows, Melted white chocolate, A black icing pen
Here’s how to do it:
-
Add your marshmallows to your baked shortbread.
-
Drizzle a teaspoon of melted white chocolate over each one.
-
Pop them in the fridge to set.
-
Once set, grab your icing pen and draw on spooky (or cute!) little ghost faces.
And that’s it - ghostly goodness done! 👻
2. Malteser Spiders
You’ll need:
Maltesers, Edible eyes, A black icing pen
Stick the Maltesers onto your bake using the icing pen as glue, then attach the edible eyes. Finally, use the icing pen to draw on some spindly spider legs. Creepy, cute, and super easy! 🕷️
3. White Chocolate Ghosts
We made these for both our Millionaires Shortbread and our brownies. You’ll need:
Baking paper, Melted white chocolate, A black icing pen
Spoon your melted white chocolate onto the baking paper in ghostly teardrop shapes. Chill in the fridge until set, then add little faces with your icing pen. Finally, use a dab of icing to stick them onto your bake - boo-tiful!

1. Mummy Brownies
You’ll need:
Melted white chocolate, Edible eyes
Drizzle the melted white chocolate across your brownies in messy, horizontal lines — the more uneven the better! Then add a small dot of white chocolate to the back of each edible eye and stick them on. Pop them in the fridge to set and you’ve got yourself a batch of edible mummies!
2. Cobweb Brownies
You’ll need:
Melted white chocolate, A toothpick or something with a fine tip, Optional: spider sprinkles
Carefully drizzle thin white chocolate lines in square or circular shapes over your brownie. Then, using your toothpick, make a small dot in the centre and gently drag lines from the middle outwards to create that spiderweb effect. Slow and steady is the trick here! We finished ours off with tiny spider sprinkles — but they’re just as delicious without. 🕸️
